The WhiteHorse Hotel is our designated race hotel. It hosts our start and finish area so consider using them if travelling to the race. Their phone number is +44 (0) 28 7186 0606 and they do hold a select number of rooms at a preferred price for riders and their crews.
There are numerous local hotel and B&B options. Alternatively, there are many other hotel options in Derry/Londonderry, which is 6 miles away.
In order to register for The Joe Barr 500 you must be at least 18 years old.
RaceBarrUltra reserves the right to refuse entry to the race.
If The Joe Barr 500 does not take place, is cancelled after it has already begun, or is shortened, due to circumstances beyond our control such as flooding, inclement weather, extreme cold weather, snow or authorities forcing us to cancel the races, participants have no right to a refund of the registration fee or any other damages, such as costs for travel and lodging.
As my first time to move from Sportive this was a much more challenging and rewarding experience and I hope to come back with what I learned from this event and go again.Your team were extremely hospitable, helpful and great to see out on the route.
