Sign-on will take place at the Best Western White Horse Hotel, 68 Clooney Road, Co.Derry/Londonderry on July 4th, 2025 between 1PM and 5PM. It is on a first-come, first-served basis.

Each solo rider or one member of a 2-person team and a designated crew representative must sign-on to receive an official race package.

Please bring ALL REQUIRED AND COMPLETED DOCUMENTATION with you to sign-on. Failure to do so will result in extra stress and will not ensure your start. We have created a document check-list as part of the registration package. Please use it.

At sign-on you must produce one dedicated phone with a facility to use WhatApp so that race officials can reach you at all times. We will validate the number in person and add that phone number to the race WhatsApp group. This is how race HQ will communicate important information during the race.

Once a race official checks and validates all documentation you will receive your race package.

The race package will include:
- Race numbers and vehicle signage, if riding in the supported category
- Race number for helmet, if riding in the unsupported category
- CAUTION CYCLISTS AHEAD sticker, if riding in the supported category
- Route handbook

You are now clear to proceed to bike and vehicle scrutiny. Last bike and vehicle scrutiny will be at 5:00PM.
